1. Eligibility

• Referrers: Must be current or former clients of Gilgamesh Language Solutions.

• Referred clients: Must be entirely new to Gilgamesh Language Solutions and cannot have previously purchased any package, trial, or received a quote, regardless of whether they proceeded with it.

2. How to Refer

• The referred client must provide the referrer’s full name at the time of inquiry.

• Bonus lessons are tied to the referrer’s account and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

3. Rewards

• For the referred client: a 10% discount off their first package.

• For the referrer: Once the referred client has successfully completed their first 10-lesson package (each lesson being at least 60 minutes), the referrer will receive one free 60-minute “bonus lesson” with an expert trainer. This bonus lesson will be added to the referrer’s next purchased package, provided that the package includes a minimum of 10 lessons of at least 60 minutes each. 

• Multiple referrals: Each qualifying referral may earn one free 60-minute bonus lesson. Each referred client is eligible to generate one bonus lesson for the referrer, which applies only to their first completed package. The awarding, application, and scheduling of bonus lessons are at the sole discretion of Gilgamesh Language Solutions, and are applied to future eligible packages in the order determined by the company.

4. Conditions for Bonus Lessons​

• Issuance: Upon the completion of the referred client’s first package, the bonus lesson will be issued to the referrer.

• The bonus lesson must: occur within the same week as a paid lesson; be taken within the first six weeks of said package; and fall during standard business hours, subject to trainer availability.

• The bonus lesson is provided in addition to, and cannot replace, any regular paid lesson within said package.

• The trainer for each bonus lesson will be assigned by Gilgamesh Language Solutions at its sole discretion.

5. Scheduling & Restrictions

• The bonus lesson must be booked alongside your next package of lessons. This ensures a seamless learning experience with no extra scheduling hassle.

• Referral rewards and discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless expressly authorized by Gilgamesh Language Solutions in writing.

• All rewards are subject to trainer availability and scheduling feasibility. Gilgamesh Language Solutions reserves the right to substitute comparable rewards or reassign trainers at its discretion.

• Bonus lessons are non-transferable, may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued, and cannot be rescheduled, rolled over to another package, or exchanged for cash, credit, or other services.

• If the bonus lesson is not used within said package, it will be forfeited.

6. Program Conduct

• Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the referral program, including self-referrals or providing false information, may result in disqualification from rewards.

• Gilgamesh Language Solutions reserves the sole discretion to determine the eligibility of participants and resolve any disputes regarding the referral program or its rewards.

7. Additional Terms

• There is no limit to the number of referrals a client may make.

• Bonus lessons earned prior to any amendment, suspension, or termination of the program will be awarded and honored solely at the discretion of Gilgamesh Language Solutions, provided all program conditions have been met.

• Participants are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations that may apply to rewards received, if any.

• Referral discounts, rates, and bonuses are confidential and intended solely for the participants involved. Clients may not publicly advertise, publish, or otherwise disclose Gilgamesh Language Solutions pricing, discounts, or rewards without prior written consent. 

• The maximum liability of Gilgamesh Language Solutions for any claim arising out of or related to this program is strictly limited to the retail value of one (1) 60-minute lesson.

• Gilgamesh Language Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program. This limitation of liability applies notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms.

• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

8. Legal

• By participating in the referral program, clients agree to these terms.

• The program is governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.

• The maximum liability of Gilgamesh Language Solutions for any claim arising out of or related to this program is strictly limited to the equivalent of one (1) 60-minute lesson, as determined by Gilgamesh Language Solutions in its sole discretion.

• Gilgamesh Language Solutions makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the program or rewards and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
