About the Role
Gilgamesh Language Solutions is hiring experienced bilingual Arabic speakers to join our team as Online Arabic Language Teachers. The teachers will deliver one-on-one and group lessons on Arabic language and culture to adult learners on various aspects of Arabic language and culture, such as Business Arabic, Government & Military Arabic, Conversational Arabic, and Cultural Awareness. Responsibilities include teaching Modern Standard Arabic and various regional dialects to adult speakers of other languages, recording audio activities, and developing learning/study materials based on provided content and record audio activities for the company's "Weekly Study Bundles", including pronunciation exercises, vocabulary lists, short dialogues or stories, listening comprehension activities, etc.
Requirements (Mandatory)
Native Arabic speaker with a deep understanding of Arabic language and culture.
Bachelor's degree in Arabic language, linguistics, education, or a related field.
Fluent in English to effectively communicate with clients and provide clear explanations of the material.
Proven experience teaching Arabic language and culture, preferably in an online setting.
Strong understanding of Arabic grammar, vocabulary, and cultural norms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt teaching style to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities
Conduct online training sessions in both Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and Arabic dialects for learners of all levels according to the curriculum and schedule provided.
Record audio activities for the company's "Weekly Study Bundles," including pronunciation exercises, vocabulary lists, short dialogues or stories, listening comprehension activities, etc.
Assist in the development of learning/study materials based on provided content.
Collaborate with the content development team to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of training materials.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods and tools to enhance the learning experience.
Assess client progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
Stay updated on developments in Arabic language teaching methodologies and incorporate best practices into training delivery.
Uphold and enforce company policies and values, including maintaining professional boundaries with clients and adhering to schedules and curriculum.

Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in using online communication platforms such as Google Meets or similar.
Familiarity with (or the willingness to learn) digital whiteboarding tools and interactive multimedia resources.
Access to a stable internet connection and a quiet environment for online training sessions.
Technical Requirements
Internet stability and speed: Minimum 10 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download.
Hardwired internet connection for stability; backup internet data recommended.
Modern computer/laptop with webcam and microphone (sessions cannot be conducted on a phone).
Operating system: Windows 10, Mac OS, or Chrome OS.
Quiet Work Space (a quiet and controlled environment for recording audio and conducting lessons without background noise or distractions).
Understanding of different audio formats, including MP3, and the ability to record and export recordings in the desired format.
Headphones or earphones for monitoring audio levels and ensuring the quality of the recordings. Noise cancellation technology preferred.
